Christian Bale Apologizes, Still Awesome

Well, it appears that even Certifiably Awesome actor Christian Bale knows when he is wrong, as he appeared on the “Kevin and Bean” show on KROQ radio earlier this week to talk about his rant, his temper, and Michael Phelps.

During the 10 minute interview, Bale called his behavior “inexcusable” and that “…I acted like a punk.” He also lauds the shows hosts for poking fun at his behavior, saying that “…I had it coming…I deserve it completely.”

He also took a few moments to talk about Michael Phelps and the next Olympics, urging the half-man/half-fish to take to the water one more time, even amidst the overblown story about him and his bong. He called Phelps “God-like,” and that his talent shouldn’t be wasted.

Did you hear that, Phelps? C-Bale says that you should swim again. It would be in your best interest to listen. You know, unless you want to get scared straight, The Dark Knight style.
